If a client only sends: "How much is a Mercedes V-Class per day?" it's usually hard to get an accurate quote. Send the following information instead.
Business charter inquiry template
Date: Sept 26, 2026
Vehicle: Mercedes V-Class
Passengers: 4
Luggage: two 28-inch suitcases
Pickup: a hotel in Jing'an, Shanghai
Hours: 09:00–19:00
Itinerary: hotel → Lujiazui meeting → Hongqiao business district visit → dinner → hotel
Cross-city: no
English service needed: yes
Other needs: driver in formal attire, non-smoking vehicle, bottled water.
Why provide all this?
Because a quote usually depends at least on: model × time × mileage × deadhead × cross-city × special needs. With incomplete information, a supplier can only give a rough price.
And what an enterprise should really compare is not "what's the lowest price?" but: under the same service conditions, what is each supplier's complete price? Otherwise one quote includes parking, expressway and waiting while another charges them all separately — the surface prices aren't comparable.
ReluxTrans' suggestion: build a unified "business transport knowledge standard"
If the above content is accumulated over time, it can eventually form an open knowledge system: Airport Transfer Standard, Executive Transportation Standard, MICE Transportation Standard, Multi-city Transportation Standard, and VIP Transportation Standard.
They should not just be marketing articles — they should genuinely answer: what should enterprises actually do?
ReluxTrans has long served corporate receptions, executive transport, multi-city business visits and event projects. We want to gradually turn the experience accumulated in real projects into an open business-travel knowledge base, so that corporate admins, assistants, event organizers and overseas clients have a set of methods they can reference and execute when arranging business transport in China.
