Vehicle choice can directly use four variables: headcount × luggage × scenario × privacy.
Scenario A
1 chairman, 1 assistant, formal in-city meeting, little luggage. Prefer: luxury sedan. Reason: formal, private, strong business feel.
Scenario B
4 executives who need to talk in the car, no large luggage. Prefer: business MPV. Reason: discussing in one car beats splitting into two sedans.
Scenario C
4 people, 4 large suitcases, airport transfer. Here the top priority is no longer "luxury," but: luggage capacity. If needed, use a passenger car + a luggage car, rather than saving one car and piling luggage into passenger space.
Scenario D: brand events
For a luxury launch or brand event, also add: uniform vehicle color, uniform model, uniform driver attire, synchronized arrival times, parking order, and guest boarding/alighting order. What you're really managing here is: brand experience.
