Before the trip, it is worth confirming whether the driver will remain with the group, how waiting time is charged, and whether parking and toll fees are included.

Overseas and out-of-town guests may arrive on different flights, and delays are always possible.

For corporate reception services, flight information should be collected in advance so the driver can adjust the pickup according to the actual arrival time.

For international guests, it is also important to confirm details such as name-board pickup, language capabilities, and professional meet-and-greet service.

④ Business travel after the event

The conference may not be the final stop of the trip.

After the event, teams may still have client meetings, supplier visits, or business dinners.

Evening transfers between the venue, restaurants, and hotels are also worth including in the transportation plan rather than arranging them at the last minute.
